Christmas Message from Ahmed Mohammed Zagi, FNY; National President, Arewa Youth Forum

The National President of the Arewa Youth Forum (AYF),
Ahmed Mohammed Zagi, FNY, has extended warm Christmas greetings
and New Year goodwill to members, partners, and well-wishers of the Forum,
calling for reflection, unity, and renewed commitment to peace and development.In his Christmas message, the President described the season as a time of gratitude
and reflection, noting that the celebration of Christmas by Christians serves as a
reminder of universal values such as love, compassion, and kindness.

“As we celebrate this season and approach the end of the year 2025, I wish to
extend my warmest wishes to you and your loved ones for a joyous Christmas and a
happy, prosperous, and peaceful New Year 2026.”

He emphasized that beyond celebration, the period offers an opportunity for collective
introspection and appreciation, particularly as communities reflect on shared humanity
and mutual respect.

The President reaffirmed the commitment of the Arewa Youth Forum to its core mandate of
fostering unity, peace, and development across the region and beyond, stressing that
collaboration remains key to achieving meaningful impact.

“At Arewa Youth Forum, we remain committed to promoting unity, peace, and development
in our region and beyond. We believe that together, we can achieve great things and

Concluding his message, the President expressed optimism for the coming year, wishing
